"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

I kind of forgot I even had a deviant profile, been something like 2 years since I've used this account....Alot of this stuff needs re-sizing and re-uploading, will add new picts off my new camera soon (maybe).
